Target Introduces $49 Annual Membership: A Closer Look at Its Similarities to Amazon Prime and Costco

Bollywoodfever, March 5: Target revealed plans today to debut a new subscription-based service for its shoppers, drawing inspiration from similar offerings by Amazon and Walmart.

This service, named Target Circle 360, promises to enhance the shopping experience with perks such as free shipping and additional savings.

For an annual fee of $49, members will enjoy unlimited free same-day delivery on orders exceeding $35, with the possibility of receiving items in just an hour.

This initiative is set to roll out in April, positioning it as a competitive alternative to Costco’s membership model, which requires a $60 yearly fee for the privilege of shopping both in-store and online.

In addition to Target Circle 360, the company plans to revamp its complementary Target Circle loyalty program, first introduced in 2019, aiming for a more user-friendly experience.
