Tory Lanez will be sentenced in Los Angeles this Tuesday, June 13, after being found guilty of shooting Megan Thee Stallion.

He faces a minimum of nine years and a maximum of 22 years in prison, and possible deportation. Prosecutors are asking for a 13-year sentence.

According to prosecutors in the Tory Lanez shooting case, it has been alleged that Tory Lanez and DaBaby had planned to disrupt Megan Thee Stallion’s performance at the 2021 Rolling Loud Miami Festival.

In a recent memorandum filed by prosecutors Kathy Ta and Alexander Bott, they recommended a sentencing of 13 years in prison without probation for Tory Lanez.

The document highlights various transgressions by Tory Lanez during the pre and post trial phases. One such instance mentioned is the alleged plan by Tory Lanez and DaBaby to bum rush the stage during Megan Thee Stallion’s set, aiming to create a spectacle at the festival.
