Millionaire Miami Developer Dies Amid FBI Raid Over Alleged Poisoning and Stalking Claims
Miami developer Sergio Pino dies during an FBI raid at his Coral Gables home amid allegations of poisoning, arson, and stalking in a contentious divorce battle.
Bollywood Fever: A millionaire Miami developer, Sergio Pino, has died under mysterious circumstances following an FBI raid at his $8 million waterfront home in Coral Gables. The raid was part of an ongoing investigation into allegations of poisoning, arson, and stalking made by his estranged wife, Tatiana Pino, during their bitter divorce battle.
The FBI arrived at Pino’s residence on Tuesday morning, with a dozen police vehicles seen outside the property, which showed signs of forced entry, including broken windows. While officials have not disclosed the specific purpose of the raid, it is linked to the broader investigation into the allegations made by Tatiana.

Sergio Pino, the president of Century Homebuilders Group, had not been charged with any crimes at the time of his death. However, four other individuals have been arrested in connection with what police have described as a “stalking conspiracy.” Among those arrested is a man whom Tatiana claimed worked for the couple on their yacht.
The Pino couple, married for 32 years, have been embroiled in a contentious legal battle since Tatiana filed for divorce in 2022. Tatiana, 55, and Sergio, 67, have two children and a reported combined net worth of $153 million.
Tatiana alleged in a deposition that she had been suffering from a mysterious illness for years, which a specialist later attributed to fentanyl ingestion. She claimed that Sergio had been trying to poison her for two years before she filed for divorce. “I just don’t think that my housekeepers would have a motive. He would have a money motive maybe. A financial motive,” Tatiana stated in her deposition. “I was sick for three years. I leave my house and I have never been sick again.”
The four men arrested are implicated in an August 30 hit-and-run incident outside Tatiana’s home as she was returning from a divorce hearing. Surveillance footage showed the unlicensed rental truck quickly fleeing the scene. Investigators believe the hit-and-run was intentional. One of the accused, Michael Dulfo, reportedly told police he was “contracted by someone working for the opposing party” in the Pino divorce. Another accused, Bayron Bennett, 32, was recognized by Tatiana as a former employee of Pino. Bennett admitted to soliciting Dulfo for the hit-and-run and to torching three cars outside Tatiana’s sister’s home in 2022 and 2023.
All four men have pleaded not guilty to the charges.
Despite the grave accusations, Sergio Pino had consistently maintained his innocence through his attorney. The circumstances of his death remain unclear, with a medical examiner seen entering his home following the raid.
This development marks a tragic and shocking turn in the already tumultuous divorce proceedings, further complicating the legal and emotional landscape for all involved. As investigations continue, more details about the case and Pino’s sudden death are expected to emerge.
