Bollywoodfever, March 10: Brock Purdy and Jenna Brandt have officially become husband and wife.
The quarterback for the San Francisco 49ers exchanged vows with his university sweetheart on March 9 in a picturesque church ceremony in Des Moines, Iowa.
This joyous occasion came seven months following their engagement and nearly a month after Purdy’s team faced off against the Kansas City Chiefs in the Super Bowl of 2024.
For the ceremony, Jenna, 24, chose a breathtaking strapless white dress featuring a mermaid silhouette and an elegant train, complemented by a long, cathedral-length veil, as showcased in images published by TMZ.
Her hairstyle was a sleek bun, and she held a stunning bouquet of white orchids. Brock, also 24, was the epitome of elegance in a classic black tuxedo.
The couple’s journey began at Iowa State University, where they were both standout athletes; Brock in football and Jenna in volleyball.
They made their relationship public in November 2022, and in July of the following year, Brock proposed in Saint Cloud, Florida.
Celebrating their engagement, Brock took to Instagram to express his excitement: “My Jenna girl forever. I can’t wait to be your husband and grow together in Christ.
Here’s to forever babe.” Jenna echoed his sentiments, sharing her joy about their future together: “WE GET TO DO LIFE TOGETHER…FOREVER! Brock Purdy – I love everything about you & your heart for Jesus more than any words can say.
In anticipation of their wedding, Jenna posted snapshots from their engagement photoshoot on Instagram in September 2023, teasingly noting, “Purdy excited to get a new last name.”
Jenna has been a constant presence at Brock’s NFL matches, including the Super Bowl. Reflecting on the season in an Instagram post on February 17, after the 49ers’ defeat to the Chiefs, she wrote, “What a season to be proud & thankful for.” Brock responded with affection, “Love you girl. Thanks for all you do babe.”
