Wisconsin Football Adds Three-Star OL Benjamin Novak to 2026 Recruiting Class

Wisconsin football secures its second 2026 recruit with the commitment of three-star offensive lineman Benjamin Novak, boosting their future offensive line strength.

BollywoodFever: The Wisconsin football program continues to build its future roster, securing its second commitment for the 2026 recruiting class. Indiana native and three-star interior offensive lineman Benjamin Novak has committed to the Badgers shortly after attending a game-day visit at the University of Wisconsin.

According to 247Sports, Novak ranks as the No. 48 interior offensive lineman (IOL) in the 2026 class and is the No. 11 player in Indiana. Standing at 6-foot-6 and weighing 320 pounds, Novak received an offer from Wisconsin in June, with offensive line coach AJ Blazek leading the recruitment efforts. Novak chose Wisconsin over offers from several schools, including Indiana, Kentucky, Louisville, and Toledo, among others.

A standout at Andrean High School, Novak earned IFCA All-State honors after a stellar sophomore year, where he played multiple positions along the offensive line and defensive end. In addition to his football prowess, he is also a two-sport athlete, playing center on the basketball team.

Novak’s large frame and strong understanding of leverage make him a physically dominant player on the line. Though he already possesses college-level size, refining his technique will be crucial as he develops into a top offensive lineman prospect. His commitment strengthens Wisconsin’s future offensive line, and he joins quarterback Jarin Mock as the second recruit in the Badgers’ 2026 class.
