Caitlin Clark Inks Exclusive Deal with Panini America for Trading Cards and Memorabilia Collection
Bollywoodfever, March 6: Caitlin Clark has entered into a groundbreaking, multi-year exclusive agreement with Panini America, marking a significant partnership that will bring her trading cards and memorabilia to fans.
In a recent announcement, Panini America revealed that Clark’s debut trading card collection will highlight her most memorable career achievements.
This includes a special Panini Instant Card commemorating the Iowa standout’s record-breaking achievement as the highest scorer in women’s basketball history.
This collaboration represents Panini’s first exclusive agreement with a female athlete, setting a new precedent in the industry.
“I’m thrilled to be the first female athlete to sign an exclusive multi-year agreement with Panini America and look forward to working closely with them on my signature collection,” Clark stated.
Starting in April, fans can pre-order a special trading card set dedicated to Clark, as announced by the company. Her exclusive rights for memorabilia take effect immediately, with trading card exclusivity beginning April 1.
Jason Howarth, Panini America’s senior vice president of marketing and athlete relations, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, stating, “Caitlin’s exceptional talent makes her the perfect choice as our first exclusive female athlete. We are excited to offer a variety of Caitlin Clark products and memorabilia that fans will undoubtedly appreciate.
This announcement follows Clark’s remarkable achievement of becoming the all-time leading scorer in NCAA Division 1 basketball, surpassing the legendary Pete Maravich.
Clark needed just 18 points to break the record in her game against Ohio State, achieving this milestone in the first half alone and ending the game with 35 points.
Looking forward, Clark aims to lead Iowa to a Big Ten Championship and success in the NCAA Women’s Basketball Tournament.
