Kaitlyn Bristowe Appears to Address Nick Viall’s Jest Regarding Her Remarks on Feeling “Asexual” After a Breakup

Kaitlyn Bristowe seemingly responded to Nick Viall’s jesting at her remarks about feeling “asexual” after a relationship’s end.

Sharing a series of swimsuit photos on Instagram from her vacation in Maui, Hawaii, on February 15, Bristowe, 38, wrote, “Aloha to everyone except for people who make fun of my sexuality for likes. Having a libido expert on the pod soon. DM the podcast page for questions.”

During a February 6 episode of her “Off the Vine” podcast, Bristowe confessed her sex drive had diminished towards the end of a relationship, leading many fans to speculate she was referring to former fiancé Jason Tartick.

“I thought I was asexual. I literally thought I was asexual,” she disclosed to guest Stassi Schroeder. “I was like, ‘I think at this point I could see myself more with a woman’ — I actually thought that — than a man. I get it. Like, I think women are hot. I could do that.”

Bristowe, previously engaged to former Bachelorette contestant Shawn Booth, and Tartick, 35, parted ways in the summer of 2023 after four years together.

Following the media buzz surrounding Bristowe’s “asexual” comments, Viall, 43, left a provocative comment on Tartick’s Instagram two days later.

“Little summer throwback on this cold winter Wednesday … a changing of seasons can’t come soon enough,” Tartick captioned a shirtless beach photo with Bachelor Nation alum Tyler Cameron, prompting Viall to respond, “Nothing asexual about this.”

Remaining quiet about Viall’s remark, Tartick refrained from addressing it at Maxim’s Super Bowl 2024 party at Resorts World Las Vegas on February 10.
