Marc Anthony and Nadia Ferreira Share First Glimpse of Their Baby on 9-Month Milestone
Bollywoodfever, March 14: Marc Anthony and his wife Nadia Ferreira are marking a significant occasion for their little one.
“Happy 9 months my everything 🤍. Mommy and daddy love you!!!!” was the message they shared in Portuguese on a joint Instagram post last Tuesday, March 12, unveiling their baby’s face for the first time.
Dressed in a beige outfit with tiny Nike sneakers and a cute knit cap, their child, whose name remains private, was pictured sitting on a bed.
Ferreira also shared the image on her Instagram Story with a caption in Portuguese that translates to “Love of my life.” Marc Anthony, born Marco Antonio Muñiz, first became a father in June 1994 with his daughter Ariana, born from his relationship with ex Debbie Rosado, with whom he also has a son, Chase. Following his relationship with Rosado, Anthony had sons Cristian and Ryan with Dayanara Torres and twins Max and Emme with former spouse Jennifer Lopez.
Despite the challenges his career posed, Anthony has always aimed for a harmonious co-parenting relationship with his ex-partners.
“The one regret would be that what I chose to do took so much of my time,” he expressed in a May 2016 interview with CBS Sunday Morning. “What I would have done to have been a stay-at-home dad, and, you know, witnessed every second of everything. I would have loved that. Didn’t work out that way. It’s the one thing that just tugs at me going and … that’s the biggest sacrifice and you sort of start to wonder, ‘Was it all worth it? Was it worth it?’ You know, on that level.”
Prior to tying the knot with Ferreira in January 2023, Anthony hadn’t anticipated fatherhood again.
“If you had asked him a few years ago, Marc never imagined he’d become a father again,” an insider revealed to Us Weekly after Ferreira’s childbirth. “Nadia seems to be taking to motherhood like a pro. Marc hasn’t left her side either and he’s doting on Nadia and the baby at all times.”
Ferreira has been sharing moments of their family life on social media since their child’s birth.
“Christmas has always been my favorite celebration of the year, for all the family traditions we have, but this one in particular is the most special and important for me, for your presence my son,” she posted in December 2023. “You came into our lives to make us very happy. My love for you has no limits.”
