Mia Rodgers Joins ‘The Sex Lives of College Girls’ Cast as New International Student at Essex College
Essex College is welcoming a new student in the latest addition to Max’s series, “The Sex Lives of College Girls.” Mia Rodgers has joined the cast and will portray Taylor, a first-year international student at the fictional New England institution.
Rodgers will star alongside series regulars Pauline Chalamet, Alyah Chanelle Scott, Amrit Kaur, Christopher Meyer, Ilia Paulino, Renika Williams, and Gracie Lawrence.
The show, created by Mindy Kaling and Justin Noble, follows four college roommates navigating their freshman year filled with challenges, new experiences, and evolving friendships. As season 2 unfolds, it resumes with the group returning from fall break, ready to face fresh obstacles and exciting college antics.
A recent graduate from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in London, Rodgers has already made appearances in the BBC comedy “Defending the Guilty” and ITV’s “Trauma.” She has also been involved in short films including “Angels in the Asylum” and “Diary of a Ghost,” which are expected to hit the festival circuit this year.
Rodgers is represented by United Agents. The series itself is a standout on the streaming platform, backed by executive producers including Kaling, showrunner Noble, and Howard Klein, and produced by Kaling International with 3 Arts Entertainment in collaboration with Warner Bros. Television.
