In a heartwarming gesture in 2016, the reality TV star made headlines by buying a lavish $1.85 million home in Beverly Hills for her daughter and personally handling the interior decoration.

According to property records, the family initially secured a mortgage of $1,202,500 from Premier America Credit Union.

Recent documents indicate that the property title has been transferred to Pandora and Jason, who, in December 2023, took on a new mortgage of $1,350,000 through United Wholesale Mortgage LLC.

Pandora, 37, plays an integral role in her mother’s vast business empire, serving on the board of Vanderpump Dogs and managing Vanderpump Wines.

She and her husband Jason, 38, have been married since 2011 and are parents to their two-year-old son, Teddy.

The property, boasting four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, underwent an elegant makeover “inside and out” upon its purchase in 2016.

A Birthday to Remember

The modern gourmet kitchen is fitted with top-of-the-line appliances, featuring a central island and a spacious living room with towering ceilings.

Positioned on the upper level are all the bedrooms, including a sprawling master suite complete with a wood-burning fireplace, a lounge space, and a walk-in wardrobe.

The master bathroom is outfitted with heated floors, a shower, and a classically styled custom bathtub.

The real estate listing highlights the home’s expansive, gated front yard adorned with mature fruit trees, alongside a thoughtfully designed pool and spa equipped with outdoor lighting, ensuring it’s the perfect setting for any time of day or night.

Pandora Vanderpump Sabo was touched by her mother’s generous birthday gift, showcasing the deep bond between them.

The successful entrepreneur, Lisa, has previously faced criticism for her tough love approach towards her children, especially in light of her son Max’s struggles with utilities.

In a candid interview with the Daily Dish, Lisa remarked, “I didn’t care whether he had his electricity cut off. Work more shifts, get the money to pay for it. I work seven days a week, so why can’t he work five? And if he has to take a cold shower and get dressed in the dark, I don’t care.” This stance drew mixed reactions from the public.
