Rupert Murdoch has tied the knot once again, marking his fifth marriage at 93
The 93-year-old Fox and News Corp chairman wed retired molecular biologist Elena Zhukova at his Moraga vineyard and estate in California on Saturday, June 1, as reported by The Sun.
During the ceremony, the 67-year-old bride, Zhukova, donned a form-fitting, mid-length white Emilia Wickstead dress featuring a square neckline. Murdoch opted for a classic look with a black suit, white button-down shirt, and a pale yellow tie.
Photographs from the weekend captured the newlyweds enjoying their special day at the estate.
In one image, Murdoch and Zhukova are seen with their arms wrapped around each other, while another shows them sitting together on a set of outdoor chairs.
The Daily Mail noted that several influential individuals attended the event, including New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft and News Corp chief executive Robert Thompson.
According to the Moraga website, the estate is nestled in the Santa Monica Mountains within the Bel Air neighborhood.
Back in March 2024, The New York Times announced Murdoch and Zhukova’s engagement, revealing that the couple planned to marry after beginning their relationship the previous summer.
The Daily Mail reported that the pair met through Murdoch’s third wife, Wendi Deng.
Prior to Zhukova, Murdoch was engaged to Ann Lesley Smith, a former media professional in radio, TV, and print.
Vanity Fair detailed that the engagement was called off just two weeks after Murdoch announced their upcoming wedding in The New York Post.
Murdoch’s most recent ex-wife, Jerry Hall, married him in March 2016 in London. The model filed for divorce in July 2022.
In 1999, Murdoch married his third wife, Wendi Deng, shortly after finalizing his divorce from his second wife, Anna Maria Torv. Murdoch and Deng share two daughters, Grace (born in 2001) and Chloe (born in 2003), and divorced in 2013 after 14 years of marriage.
Torv was Murdoch’s spouse for 32 years following their 1967 marriage. They have three children: Elisabeth (born in 1968), Lachlan (born in 1971), and James (born in 1972).
Murdoch’s first child, Prudence, was born in 1958 with his first wife, Patricia Booker. The couple was married from 1956 until their divorce in 1967.
