Takeoff’s Mother Proposed as Defendant in Sexual Assault Case
The individual accusing Takeoff of sexual assault is seeking to designate his mother as the defendant in the case. As per court documents, the attorney representing the woman, who claims the late rapper sexually assaulted her in 2020, has filed a request with Van Nuys Superior Court Judge Huey P. Cotton to substitute Takeoff’s mother, Titiana Davenport, as the defendant in the lawsuit.
The woman’s legal team submitted the court papers on Tuesday, proposing that Davenport, currently serving as the administrator of Takeoff’s estate in a Georgia probate court, assume the legal responsibility in place of her late son.
