Jennifer Lawrence Embraces Casual Summer Style During NYC Stroll with Family
Jennifer Lawrence enjoys a relaxed family outing in NYC, showcasing her casual summer style. The actress, husband Cooke Maroney, and their son Cy savor a sunny day post-Father’s Day.
Bollywood Fever: Jennifer Lawrence displayed her casual summer style while enjoying a relaxed stroll with her son, Cy, and husband, Cooke Maroney, in New York City on Monday.
The “No Hard Feelings” actress, 33, who recently made headlines with a statement “I Told Ya” shirt from Zendaya’s latest film “Challengers,” basked in the warm sunshine as she walked through the bustling city after Father’s Day.
Lawrence sported a short-sleeved white Mickey Mouse shirt paired with a black miniskirt that ended just above her knees. She completed her outfit with white ankle socks and black loafers.
The mother-of-one carried a leopard-print purse, perfect for holding essentials during their daytime outing. She also had a denim jacket draped over her left arm in case of a chill and held her smartphone in her hand.
Jennifer‘s hair was parted in the middle and pulled back into a simple ponytail to keep loose strands from falling onto her face. She accessorized with a flashy gold-chained necklace and a pair of stylish sunglasses to shield her eyes from the bright sun.

Her husband, Cooke Maroney, whom she married in 2019, strolled beside the Oscar winner, pushing a small toddler tricycle. The art gallery director also kept his look casual with a plain white T-shirt and dark brown pants.
The couple welcomed their son, Cy, in February 2022. Lawrence has previously opened up about motherhood in an interview with Vogue, saying, “It’s so scary to talk about motherhood. Only because it’s so different for everybody.”
She continued, “If I say, ‘It was amazing from the start,’ some people will think, ‘It wasn’t amazing for me at first,’ and feel bad. Fortunately, I have so many girlfriends who were honest.”
“They were like, ‘It’s scary. You might not connect right away. You might not fall in love right away.’ So I felt so prepared to be forgiving,” she shared. “The morning after I gave birth, I felt like my whole life had started over. Like, now is day one of my life. I just stared. I was just so in love. I also fell in love with all babies everywhere. Newborns are just so amazing.”

The “Silver Linings Playbook” actress added, “They’re these pink, swollen, fragile little survivors. Now I love all babies. Now I hear a baby crying in a restaurant, and I’m like, ‘Awwww, precioussss.'”
Jennifer expressed, “My heart has stretched to a capacity that I didn’t know about. I include my husband in that. And then they’re both just, like, out there—walking around, crossing streets…”
In a June interview with Cameron Diaz for Interview Magazine, Lawrence discussed returning to work after becoming a mother and praised Maroney as “the greatest father.” She said, “Fortunately, my husband is the greatest father in the entire world, so when I’m working, I don’t have any more guilt than the usual everyday, all-day parent guilt.
Recently, Jennifer attended a Dior runway show at a Scottish castle, showcasing her ambassador role for the brand. She wore a white Dior top with loose-fitting dark denim flared jeans and accessorized with a leopard-print coat, black leather belt, closed-toed black heels, and a chic black purse. The look was completed with black shades and a black headband atop her flowing locks.
Jennifer Lawrence continues to balance her thriving career and family life, making a stylish statement wherever she goes.
