Taylor Lautner Impresses with Backflips at Kane Brown’s Los Angeles Concert
Actor Taylor Lautner showcased his athletic prowess with a stunning backflip and splits during Kane Brown’s In The Air tour stop in Los Angeles, continuing his tradition of energetic stage appearances.
Bollywood Fever: Taylor Lautner once again demonstrated his impressive athletic abilities during a surprise appearance at Kane Brown‘s Los Angeles concert on Saturday, August 24.
The 32-year-old actor took to the stage during Brown’s In The Air tour stop, delighting fans with a dynamic backflip and seamlessly transitioning into a full split, all while dressed casually in a white T-shirt and jeans.
Fellow performer Tyler Hubbard captured the electrifying moment, sharing a video on his Instagram Story and playfully captioning it, “My dude Taylor Lautner Biles goin for gold,” referencing Olympic gymnast Simone Biles’ renowned athleticism.
Fans quickly circulated clips of Lautner’s acrobatics on social media, with one user rating his performance an “8/10.”
Responding with humor, Lautner reposted the clip to his Instagram Story, expressing mock surprise at the rating by writing, “8 WOWWWW.”

This isn’t the first time Lautner has brought his gymnastics skills to the stage during one of Kane Brown’s concerts.
In July 2022, he executed a similar backflip maneuver, earning a high-five from Brown himself.
The country star shared that moment on TikTok, captioning it, “Taylor Lautner came to the show like,” and jokingly adding, “Sharkboy out here doing backflips,” a nod to Lautner’s role in the 2005 film The Adventures of Sharkboy and Lavagirl in 3-D.
Lautner’s penchant for impromptu backflips also made headlines earlier this year during Taylor Swift‘s Eras Tour stop at Arrowhead Stadium.

Invited onstage alongside Joey King and Presley Cash to promote the “I Can See You” music video, Lautner thrilled the audience by performing a backflip down the catwalk after Swift introduced him.
The moment was a memorable reunion for Lautner and Swift, who briefly dated between August and December 2009.
Reflecting on the spontaneous flip during an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Lautner admitted that nerves often drive him to such acrobatic displays. “I do this weird thing — and it doesn’t make sense so forgive me — when I freak out and I’m really nervous and I black out, I just go straight to backflip,” he explained.
Lautner acknowledged the risk involved, agreeing with Fallon that while the move was “awesome,” it “could’ve gone so wrong.”
Despite the potential hazards, Lautner’s backflips continue to be a crowd-pleasing staple of his public appearances, showcasing not only his athletic talent but also his playful and spontaneous spirit.
Fans eagerly anticipate where and when the actor will next choose to flip his way into the spotlight.
