Iggy Azalea Playfully Teases Fan About Playboi Carti’s Thong Bodysuit
Iggy Azalea recently took to social media to playfully jest about a viral photo featuring her ex-boyfriend, Playboi Carti, donning a thong bodysuit.
On Friday (Feb. 9), Iggy Azalea shared a cheeky video on her Instagram, showcasing herself clad in a black lingerie set within her lavish bathroom. The Aussie rapper, holding a phone in one hand and a joint in the other, had Usher’s 2004 hit “Throwback” playing in the background. She captioned the clip with a simple “I love you.
In the comment section, an Instagram user named @keef_kalief humorously remarked, “Yo BD out here in the same outfit,” accompanied by two skull emojis, referring to Iggy’s ex, Playboi Carti.
In good spirits, Iggy responded with a jest, “@keef_kalief well, who wore it better?”
This exchange seemed to allude to Carti’s recent viral moment when photos emerged of him wearing a peculiar ensemble. Last Tuesday (Feb. 6), images circulated of Carti sporting a vest, camouflage pants, and face paint.
Beneath his outerwear, he wore a sheer long-sleeve mesh shirt that resembled a thong bodysuit, a design reminiscent of the Rick Owens and Champion collaboration. Despite its appearance, it’s not a literal thong, but the internet had a field day mocking the Atlanta rapper’s fashion choice.
