Bollywood Fever: Kane Brown’s family of five is now complete! The country singer and his wife, Katelyn Jae, have welcomed their third baby, a boy, following Kane’s vasectomy.
The couple’s baby boy arrived on Tuesday, and they shared the happy news on Instagram the next day with hospital photos captioned, “Krewe Allen Brown 6.18.”
Katelyn, 31, revealed her pregnancy news to her Instagram followers in December 2023. This little one was an unexpected addition to their family, with Katelyn previously giving birth to daughters Kingsley in October 2019 and Kodi in December 2021.
“We weren’t trying this time,” Brown, 30, admitted on the “Bobby Bones Show” in March. “My game, if you know what I’m talking about, is strong.”
The American Music Award winner found out about the pregnancy moments before losing service on a flight and initially hoped his wife was wrong about it. “I’m scared for three [kids]. I guess it was God’s plan,” Brown explained, joking that Jae had him get “neutered already.”
Recalling the vasectomy procedure, Brown noted, “[The nurse and doctor were] just talking about their day and I’m just laying on this table … spread eagle.”
Despite the initial shock, their excitement grew after learning they were expecting a boy. The songwriter and Katelyn tied the knot in October 2018 after nearly two years together.
While celebrating their fifth anniversary last year, Brown expressed his love and gratitude for his wife, saying, “I wouldn’t want to be on this journey with anyone else. To many more, I love you so much!!”
In her own post, Katelyn wrote, “5 years. Love you @kanebrown forever and always you are my only one.”
The Browns are now enjoying life as a family of five, welcoming their new son, Krewe Allen Brown, with love and joy.
