Kylie Kelce has expressed her delight over the blossoming relationship between Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift, highlighting the joy it brings to see her brother-in-law so content.
Travis Kelce, a standout player for the Chiefs, and Taylor Swift became an official couple in September, marking their relationship debut as Taylor Swift attended a game at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City where the Chiefs faced the Chicago Bears.
Swift’s presence became a regular sight, attending 13 games throughout the season, including the Super Bowl in Vegas where Travis celebrated his third Lombardi trophy win, his second consecutive triumph.
Kylie recounted her first encounter with Swift in January during a Chiefs game against the Bills in Buffalo, a memorable night further amplified by Jason Kelce’s spontaneous celebration with fans after a touchdown by Travis.
While speaking on the TODAY show, Kylie shared her support for the couple, stating, “Ultimately, if Trav is happy we’re happy. We are always cheering on Uncle Trav, it’s such a treat to be able to do that on and off the field, but it’s been amazing.”
She humorously commented on Jason’s celebratory antics during the game, indicating the family’s close-knit and playful dynamics.
Kylie and Jason Kelce, parents to three daughters and Travis’ nieces, have closely witnessed the relationship’s positive impact. Jason Kelce, who retired from football in March after a distinguished 13-year career with the Philadelphia Eagles, shared an emotional moment with Travis during his retirement press conference, both visibly moved by the occasion.
Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift have since taken a Caribbean vacation, enjoying a break amidst Swift’s Eras Tour and Travis’ football schedule, further cementing their relationship in the public eye.
