Packers’ Jordan Love Confident Ahead of Historic Week 1 Showdown with Eagles in Brazil
The Green Bay Packers’ Jordan Love expresses confidence ahead of the NFL’s first game in South America, as they prepare to face the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 1.
Bollywood Fever: The Philadelphia Eagles and Green Bay Packers are both expected to be strong contenders for the NFC championship this season.
These two conference powerhouses are set to face off in a highly anticipated Week 1 showdown in São Paulo, Brazil.
This historic matchup marks the NFL’s first-ever game in South America, adding even more excitement to the start of the season.
One team, in particular, is eager to talk about their preparation for this marquee event.
“I like where we’re at offensively, and I think we’re ready to go, get the season started,” Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love said.
“I feel like as a team, as a whole, we’re definitely ready. It’s been a great training camp. Definitely got better every day… I think we’re definitely ready for Week 1.”

Love and the Packers turned their season around last year after a rocky start that left them below .500, ultimately ending with a narrow playoff loss to the San Francisco 49ers in the divisional round.
However, winning just one playoff game—or none, as was the case for the Eagles—won’t satisfy either team this season.
With the season opener in Brazil just around the corner, Love appears confident and ready to lead his team in this landmark matchup.
