Home Alone Star Devin Ratray Pleads Guilty in Domestic Violence Case
Devin Ratray, known for his role as Buzz in “Home Alone,” has resolved his domestic violence case in Oklahoma, avoiding jail time through a negotiated agreement.
The actor pleaded guilty to two counts of domestic violence, bringing an end to the nearly three-year-old case.

Court documents reveal that he was sentenced to three years of probation, mandated to complete a Batterers Intervention Program, and undergo a drug/alcohol assessment.
Appearing via video link with his attorney, Devin also must cover court costs and adhere to a strict no-contact order with the victim.
The charges stemmed from a December 2021 incident where Devin was accused of physical assault against his ex-girlfriend while intoxicated.
Initially facing felony and misdemeanor charges, he was released on bond after his arrest.
After initially pleading not guilty in February 2022, the legal process moved slowly until Devin eventually opted for a plea deal, which likely spared him from incarceration.
Recent delays in the case occurred when Devin’s lawyers informed the judge of his hospitalization, although details of his condition remain undisclosed.
Now on the road to recovery, Devin can finally put this chapter behind him.
