Aoki Lee Simmons Kisses Italian Restaurateur Vittorio Assaf in St. Barts
Aoki Lee Simmons, daughter of Kimora Lee Simmons and Russell Simmons, has revealed a budding relationship with Italian restaurateur Vittorio Assaf. The pair were captured sharing a kiss on April 2, during a beach outing in St. Barts.
The 21-year-old model chose a tribal print bandeau bikini for the occasion, while 65-year-old Serafina Restaurant Group’s founder, Vittorio, opted for blue and white printed swim trunks and accessorized with a silver necklace. In one moment, Vittorio was seen snapping pictures of Aoki as she struck poses on the beach’s sandy shore.
While the couple has not explicitly addressed their public display of affection, Aoki hinted at the attention the photos garnered with a cryptic message in her Instagram Stories on April 5, saying, “Err, well now I know why folks were calling me.”
Both shared glimpses of their St. Barts getaway on social media, without featuring each other in their posts. On March 27, Aoki lamented in a caption, “I wish my friends would take pictures of me on vacation…” accompanying a picture of herself in the same tribal print bikini. On April 5, alongside another bikini photo, she mused, “Girls (possibly mermaids!) on film.”
Vittorio, on his end, posted a March 29 picture with a close male friend at an island eatery.
Aoki, who impressively entered Harvard University at 16 and graduated last year, is the younger of two daughters shared by Kimora, 48, and her former husband Russell, 66. Their other daughter is Ming Lee Simmons, 24. Kimora also has sons Kenzo, 15, Gary, 14, and Wolfe, nearly 9.
Vittorio, similarly, has children from his previous marriage to model Charlotte Bonstrom, 53. He is a father to Vittorio, 21, and Valentina, 17.
