The State Supreme Court of Colorado ruled on Tuesday that former President Donald Trump is ineligible for the presidency and should not be included on Colorado’s primary ballot.

The 4-3 ruling determined that Trump is disqualified under section three of the 14th Amendment, which prohibits individuals involved in “insurrection or rebellion” from holding office.
