Epic Games confirmed the date after the v31.30 update added a countdown timer east of Reckless Railways on the Battle Royale map. Data miners Hypex and Rezztro previously leaked details, revealing that the Day of Doom LTM and Doom’s Island will be disabled ahead of time to prepare for the event.
What Will Happen in the Live Event?
The Part 6 Marvel Quests hint at a looming battle between Doom and Hope. Players will need to defeat Emma Frost and activate Forecast Towers to prepare for the battle. A prophecy by the Oracle hints that Hope “might” win against Doom, though she remains fearful of the confrontation.
