As McIntyre continues to assert dominance, the action spills outside the ring. Attempting a Claymore kick, McIntyre’s move is sidestepped by Jey, causing McIntyre to crash onto the announce desk. Seizing the opportunity, Jey executes a daring dive. After the commercial break, Jey maneuvers McIntyre into a precarious position known as the tree of woe. In a surprising turn of events, McIntyre sits up and executes a suplex on Jey from the top turnbuckle.

Despite the setback, Jey retaliates with a series of punches. McIntyre, however, abruptly halts Jey’s offense with a powerful Glasgow kiss, flooring his opponent.

Responding with authority, McIntyre delivers a Future Shock DDT, yet Jey manages to kick out.

In a strategic move, McIntyre removes one of the turnbuckle pads. Capitalizing on the distraction, Jey catches McIntyre off guard with a surprising Spear, but McIntyre defiantly kicks out once again. Seizing a momentary distraction as the official tends to the turnbuckle pad, McIntyre resorts to a less conventional tactic by driving his thumb into Jey’s eye.
