NLE Choppa Declines Music Collaboration with Blueface Over Allegations of Violence Against Women
Bollywoodfever, March 4: NLE Choppa has openly stated his refusal to collaborate with fellow rapper Blueface, citing the latter’s history of violence against women as the reason.
In a recent interview with The Shade Room on Instagram, conducted on Sunday (March 3), Choppa discussed his strained relationship with Blueface and elaborated on his decision to steer clear of a proposed boxing match with the “Thotiana” rapper.
During the conversation, Choppa emphasized his stance against collaborating with Blueface, attributing it to Blueface’s alleged actions of physical violence towards women. “One thing that I’ve grown to understand is to treat women the best way you can,” Choppa said. “I’ve never physically assaulted a woman… So, when it comes to doing music with Blueface, personally, I just wouldn’t do it because I don’t respect that behavior. I don’t respect people who put their hands on women to assault them.”
Regarding the rumored boxing match, Choppa clarified that he never withdrew because the match was never officially planned. He expressed his willingness to engage in a boxing match only if it were organized professionally, hinting at potential pay-per-view sales and a possible venue in Las Vegas. Choppa also mentioned Wack 100’s involvement in attempting to mediate the situation, adding complexity to the narrative.
Choppa’s firm stance highlights his commitment to respecting women and distancing himself from individuals accused of violence against them.
